Summary

HCUK provided townscape and visual appraisal, heritage impact assessment, archaeological desk based assessment and accurate visual representations (AVRs) to support the planning application.  The provision of high quality AVRs was key to testing a range of sensitive views that helped secure the planning consent in 2024, including from the castle and castle grounds and the waterfront promenade in the conservation area.    â€‹â€‹â€‹
