HCUK Group worked alongside SNAS Architecture & Design in acquiring listed building consent for internal and external alterations and extension to this grade II listed building in 2019. The proposals involved the replacement of the lift shaft and the addition of glass enclosure within an existing enclosed lightwell. A single storey rear extension was approved at first floor level of the mews and a basement extension beneath the existing garage was also consented.
